For companies that exhibit at trade shows
Turn trade show leads into follow-ups, without handing over your data.
BoothBack is a follow-up CRM built around the days after the show. Your leads live in a Google Sheet in your own Drive, and nothing is ever sent until a person approves it.
From booth to closed deal in three steps
1. Capture
Scan a business card or badge, let visitors fill a short form from a QR code at your booth, import the organizer's lead export, or type a quick note. Every capture ends on a confirm screen, so guessed fields are never saved silently.
2. Follow up
Draft follow-up emails for every lead, in the visitor's language. You review and approve each one. Replies cancel pending messages, and opt-outs are respected.
3. Report
See what each show produced: leads, contacted, replies, meetings, proposals and wins, with optional show cost for cost per lead.
Your data stays with you
By default, the app creates a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive and keeps your leads there. Our servers keep account and billing details only, never your leads. Larger teams can choose their own Supabase project as an alternative.
One honest limit: a Google Sheet is not a database. Anyone you give edit access to the sheet can see every row, and roles inside the app are enforced by the app only. Teams that need strict roles should choose their own Supabase project.
A person approves every email
BoothBack prepares drafts. It never sends one on its own. You read each draft and approve it before anything goes out.
Plans start at $29 per month, with a one-off Show Pass from $79 for exhibitors who attend one or two shows a year. See all plans.
