Your data stays in your own Google Sheet by default. If you choose your own Supabase project, you pay Supabase directly; that is a separate bill from this subscription.
Supabase setup is free when you choose it at sign-up. Moving an existing Google Sheet to Supabase later is a one-off $49 support fee.
AI features are counted per lead: one AI lead covers card or badge reading, note transcription, translation and the follow-up draft for that lead. The allowance is a yearly pool per account. When it runs out, nothing stops: capture falls back to on-device reading and manual notes.
Gmail sync is for Google Workspace accounts and does not cover personal @gmail.com addresses.
Multiple users and role-based access (for example, booth staff, sales managers and admins) can be added and configured to fit your team on request.
