The service

BoothBack, operated by LabCookie Digital Solutions LLC, helps exhibitors capture trade show leads, prepare follow-up emails and report on shows. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You own your lead data. It is stored in your own Google Drive or Supabase project, and you are responsible for who has access to it.
• You decide whom to email. You must have a lawful basis to contact each person, include the required sender address and opt-out in your emails, and honor opt-outs. The service prepares drafts and applies a suppression list and daily limit, but a person approves every email.
• Do not record conversations with visitors without all required consents.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and a Show Pass is a one-off payment, as shown on the pricing pages. AI features are limited by the allowance of your plan. You can cancel a plan at any time; it then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods and unused Show Pass days, except where the law requires otherwise. Upgrading from a Show Pass to a yearly plan within 30 days credits the pass price toward the plan; this is a credit, not a refund.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third parties such as Google. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Liability limits will be stated here after legal review.
