Who we are

BoothBack is operated by LabCookie Digital Solutions LLC, a company in Washington, USA. Contact: support@boothback.com.

Your lead data stays with you

The leads you capture are stored in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive or, if you choose it, in your own Supabase project. Our servers do not store your leads. We keep only account and billing details: company name, administrator email address, plan, number of seats and your AI allowance counter.

When data passes through our servers

• AI features (Team, Business and Show Pass Team): the text or image you ask us to process is sent to our AI provider to read a card, translate a note or write a draft, and the result is returned to you. We do not store it. We use the AI provider under commercial terms that do not allow training on customer content.
• QR visitor form: what a visitor submits is relayed into the exhibitor's sheet. We do not store it.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Google user data

You sign in with Google. The app requests the narrow Drive access that lets it reach only the files it created or that you open with it, so it can create and update your lead sheet. We use Google user data only to provide the features you use. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or let people read it, except with your permission, to protect security or to comply with law.

Visitor information

The exhibitor using BoothBack decides what to collect from visitors and what to send them. The exhibitor is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each visitor and for honoring opt-outs. The visitor form can include an optional consent box and records who consented, when and for which show.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service: web hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), an account database, and an AI provider for the AI features. They receive only what they need for that purpose.

Website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The demo runs in your browser and nothing you load into it is uploaded.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and the account and billing details we hold. Your lead sheet is in your own Drive, so you keep it and can delete it yourself.

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
