How it works
Capture, follow up and report, with your data in your own hands.
Capture at the booth
- Business card photo: text is read on the phone. Team and Business plans can also use AI reading.
- Show badge: printed text is read; a badge QR that carries a contact card is read directly.
- Organizer lead export: import the CSV and map its columns.
- NFC digital cards and contacts shared by AirDrop or NameDrop.
- QR visitor form: a code at your booth opens a short form on the visitor's own phone, with no app to install. The visitor adds contact details, interests, a note and an optional consent box.
- Notes: type or dictate a quick summary, mark the lead hot, warm or cold, add interest tags and a follow-up date.
Follow up after the show
- Follow-up drafts are prepared for every lead. Team and Business plans can write them in the visitor's language.
- Every draft waits for a person to approve it. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Replies cancel pending messages. Opt-outs are kept on a suppression list. A daily send limit and a required footer with your address and an opt-out apply.
- Optional end-of-day preparation: at the end of each show day, drafts for the day's leads are prepared so they are ready in the morning. You can adjust or turn it off.
Report on what the show produced
- Per show: leads, data quality, time to first follow-up, contacted, replies, meetings, proposals and won.
- Optional show cost, to see cost per lead.
- Export as CSV or PDF.
Where your data lives
- By default in a Google Sheet that the app creates in your own Google Drive. The app can only reach files it created or that you open with it.
- Optionally in your own Supabase project, for larger teams that need strict roles.
- Our servers keep account and billing details only. Lead data passes through our servers only when you use AI features, when a visitor submits the QR form, and for payments, and we do not store it.
- Work saves on the device first and syncs in batches, so capture keeps working with a poor connection at a show.
Honest limit: a Google Sheet is not a database. Anyone with edit access to the sheet sees all rows, and roles are enforced by the app only. Choose your own Supabase project if you need strict roles.
Do not record visitor conversations: several US states, including Washington, require all parties to consent. Staff dictate a summary afterwards instead.
